We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil obligations as part of running a limited company, for example retention of accounts for 6 years. All personal data is destroyed after 6 years following last contact. At this time we do not send any direct marketing by post, however we do send marketing emails via Mailchimp, usually every 4 – 6 weeks.   If you have opted in to receive email marketing from us you can notify us at any time that you no longer wish to receive these.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. If the data you have provided to us is inaccurate or has changed, please email us at so that we can update the information.

Under article 17 of the GDPR, individuals have the right to have personal data erased, also known as ‘right to be forgotten’ in certain circumstances. You can request this in an email to us. Please note that we may not be able to delete all personal data especially if we have a legal obligation to keep the data for a period of time, for example for accounting.
